Soon after my sister started the Sonography program at Cape Fear Community College, she had a few interactions that led her to feel ostracized and targeted by instructors inside and outside of the classroom. Because of this, she began documenting her interactions with classroom instructors, lab instructors, as well as clinical instructors. This website is a compilation of evidence which proves corruption at all levels and collusion to remove her from the program. Upon realizing she was being discriminated against, she wanted to have the opportunity to make right the wrong that was done against her, and she went the legal route in an attempt to avoid all drama. Unfortunately, due to the corruption, she was not given the opportunity for herself or her attorney to be heard. Judge Bob Cherry immediately dismissed the case in court, without giving the opportunity for my sister’s side to present their evidence in the courtroom. My purpose in posting this and including all of the evidence on this website is to bring awareness to the corruption that has occurred within our local, government-funded community college and the clinical sites that are contracted by them (Cape Fear Community College).
